INSPIRATION
Inspiration for the Belgium Series came from René Magritte’s 1938 oil on canvas entitled, Les Marches de L’été, in which the sky is depicted as man-made blocks obliquely positioned.

FEATURES
Exhibits a sense of motion contrasted with a sense of seeming imbalance.
Gives appearance that the furnitures’ components twist, pivot, or turn, when actually they are fixed into their twisted positions with the exception of the CT-35 Coffee Table.
